As I prepare to share a little information about myself, I would like to take the opportunity to commend you for having the courage and bravery to consider and read the ad you find here.  I believe that demonstrates your ability to take chances in life.  I also believe that there is someone for everyone in this world.  We as people must set aside time to pursue the aspirations that make us happy.  Having a friend who you can trust and share quality time with is a blessing sent from God.

As of this moment, I am enrolled in Mercy College pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science.  I believe that an education is one of the greatest experiences that life has to offer.

In this stage of my life, I am seeking a friendship with a woman that will hopefully flourish into something more over the course of time.  Because I strongly value honesty, in this friendship I am seeking a meeting of the mind with someone who is open-minded, and not afraid to experience new challenges in life.  Someone I can grow with who can possibly even teach me a few things that I do not know about life, as we share it together.  We will laugh together, cry together, as life has its ups and downs.  I realize that life can be so beautiful with the right person to share it with.  I am not looking for "Ms. Perfect" because I know everyone has flaws, and we all fall short in one area or another.  Though I am incarcerated, please understand that I am determined to use this time to make me the best, most positive me I can be.  This is why amongst other things, I feel blessed to be enrolled in college.  For me, the most important matter is that I have learned from the errors of my past.

I honestly believe that a woman chooses the man she wants to be a part of her life.  So, I bring this letter to a close by saying:  If you are seeking a meaningful friendship with an educated down-to-earth man who can enjoy the companionship of a professional, lively woman with manners, and style, then I am the friend for you -Smile-
